Delete your account

You can delete your Carbon Activated account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Carbon Activated and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Tap Delete my account to confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email support@carbondiamonds.com from the address you signed up with and the subject "Delete my Carbon Activated account". We will delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your email address, name and sign-in
• The distance, steps and times of your synced activity
• Your points balance, and any rewards not yet delivered

What we keep

An anonymous record of points issued and spent, with nothing that identifies you, for our accounting. Your Carbon Diamonds sign-in is shared with our other apps, so deleting it removes it for those too.
